The Email Warbrides celebrated their eighth Caryvention this year
with 34 participants – A Cruise to Remember, was held September
21-24, 2007. We embarked at the Port in Long Beach and traveled to
Ensenada, Mexico and back. We have each told about a day (or two) and
have many pictures to share. Aside from pictures and two videos within the
narrative, there are LOTS more great pictures, including the pages from our program,

thanks to each one of the attendees for joining us on A Cruise to
Remember. We couldn't have done it without you! It was indeed
a special treat to spend these last months planning, organizing, having
minor catastrophes (that didn't seem so minor at the time
– like when Esther's neighbor, who was doing the
t-shirts, messed up the first batch), and just having a lot of fun
together!
As you read through our saga you will notice a lot
of superlatives and exclamation marks – that's what it was like for us
and we hope it was for you too.
One of the joys of a Caryvention is that it's like we've all known each
other forever....even if you haven't met someone before, there is an
instant rapport. If it's been seven years since the last meeting, it's
like it was last week. We had guests on this Caryvention ranging in age
from teens to people who saw more than one or two of Cary's movies when
they were first run.
